I was actually thinking about starting to watch it because a.) I need something to watch while all my shows have finished for the season and b.) I like Doctor Who sOoOooOo.

i'm sort of confused about how it'll be though, sounds as if it's going to be a bit crazy.

From what I understand, every person on Earth has suddenly stopped dying, and the show looks like political, ethical, moral, etc. issues surrounding it. I'm interested in how it's going to work with it being in America, compared to how the normal Torchwood is set in Wales.
