Traditionally at our house I prepare a breakfast treat and hot choc/flavored coffees how about you? Care to share your menu?
This is so quick and easy and I have shared before but it is a must at our house on Christmas morning. Not to mention it is yummy too! One new item on the menu will be Frunch from AKL!
Breakfast Casserole
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients:
1 Can crescent rolls
1 Roll sausage (use any flavor sausage, maple is very good)
2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 Eggs
¼ C milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Spread crescent rolls in 9x12 pan
Fry sausage and drain, crumble and put on top of rolls
Sprinkle cheese over sausage
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper
Pour egg mixture over cheese
Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes or until firm
Melissa
I have also made overnight jumbo cinnamon rolls for Christmas breakfast! Served with fruit and cheese for a complete meal.
