What's normally on your Easter menu?

My hubby is the only one in the family that likes ham, so I always do a small one for him.

Usually I grill fresh fish and roast a turkey breast. Roast red potatoes w/ garlic and olive oil, throw some asparagus on the grill too. Huge green salad using whatever is fresh from the farmer's market and a large fresh crusty loaf of sourdough with Himalayan salt butter.
Dessert is usually fresh strawberries, whipped cream and homemade pound cake. And, an occasional chocolate bunny ear. 😉 🐰

Easter was the one holiday that had a lot of rotation. For a while we had ham but unlike Christmas and Thanksgiving it didn't really have any staples we had every year. This year we will be in FL for Easter so it will be a totally different experience for us.
Same. It can be ham, turkey or leg of lamb which is my favorite. I’ve even done pork loin. I do try to have asparagus.
