Whats new since Summer 09?

We have not been for a while - what's new at the parks, resorts, shopping, dinning etc

Big question but anything you think we should look out for?

Harry Potter

We want to go to Harry Potter. But as this trip is just me & DW we have promised to the kid (both at Uni) we would wait to go when they come with us in the summer!!

To be honest not a great deal has changed except for in MK. The fantasy land expansion is well under way and Dumbo has moved from its original place. There are now 2 Dumbo rides further round Fantasy Land.

We did Space Mountain this trip and it was diferent from 2009.

Spiderman ride has been improved.

Jaws is gone.

Beauty and the Beast castle and dining will be opening in December I think it is?

I'd heard that they don't allow you now to use fast passes after the time on the ticket. We will find out at Easter but used to 'collect' them early in the morning for use when we returned later at night ( or have fun giving them to people if we decided not to come back!)
Perhaps someone can confirm if they are sticking to the times now?

Yep, fastpass return times are now enforced.
