What's new since fall 2021?

Been away from DL and the boards for a while ... last trip was September 2021. Can anyone get me up to speed with what's changed at DL since then? Planning another trip, but not until summer 2024. I'm an uber-planner and want to be sure I'm on the right track with my strategies!

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway and the new Toon Town area have opened.

Splash Mountain has closed for a retheme to Tiana and likely will not be open until the end of 2024.

Murphy the dragon went up in flames, so Fantasmic! Is being redone and will not be back until sometime next year.
