We haven't been to Disneyland/CA since Feb 2009 and are excited to go in November!

I have been trying to find what is new there now since we last visited.

I found:
Cars Land
World of Color
Red Car Trolley
Captain EO

Anything else?
I heard there was a Little Mermaid attraction but can't find anything about that.

Yep Little Mermaid and a re-vamped Star Tours ... The Matterhorn just went through a Major Refurb too.

Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln - revamped and reopened
Voices of Liberty - performs before some showings of Lincoln
Disney Art Gallery relocated to Main Street

Star Tours - remodeled simulators, all new destinations, 3D
Captain EO
No fastpasses for Buzz Lightyear Astroblasters, but the ride is still there

Matterhorn - no more "cuddle seats", new sleds, new height minimum (42")
Tangled Meet and Greet - I think it's still there in Fantasyland
Princess Fantasy Fair - shut down while a new one in the Plaza Gardens is being built - princesses currently located near It's A Small World

Fantasmic - new dragon and some other improvements
Frontierland has been hosting more character meets and children's activities - hopefully that will continue

Jungle Cruise - boats are "safer" with netting and bumpers
Indiana Jones - will be closed for refurbishment during your visit
Pirates - some minor changes

New menus at many counter service restaurants including Tomorrowland Terrace, Village Haus, Hungry Bear. Carnation Cafe has been remodeled, indoor seating has been added, and menu has changed significantly. Main Street Bakery closed and Jolly Holiday Bakery opened in old annual pass processing center.

Buena Vista Street - with great new buildings, facades, shops, atmosphere
Red Car Trolley
Newsboys - energetic performance using Red Car Trolley and featuring Mickey at the end
Five and Dime - jazzy singing and music
Starbucks - in the Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Cafe on Buena Vista Street
Carthay Circle Restaurant - a reproduction of Carthay Circle Theater, high end sit-down dining inside DCA, supposed to have beautiful Snow White artwork inside and I hope to eat there and see it sometime

Carsland - immersive experience, three new rides - Mater's Junkyard Jamboree, Luigi's Flying Tires, Radiator Springs Racers, two new restaurants - Cozy Cones (quick service snack kiosks) and Flo's Diner - counter service

Aladdin musical - the carpet doesn't fly anymore

Tortilla Factory - gone
Ghirardelli Chocolate Shop - where the Tortilla Factory used to be

Minnie's Fly Girls - musical skit in Condor Flats, features a Meet and Greet with Minnie at the End

Redwood Creek - Up characters have replaced Brother Bear

Little Mermaid - dark ride where the Whoopie Goldberg California show used to be
Mulholland Madness - transformed into Goofy's Sky School, essentially cosmetic, thematic changes
Orange Stinger has been transformed into Silly Symphony Swings
Maliboomer is gone
Games of the Boardwalk - reopened with new theming
California Screamin - new audio track
New counter service restaurants in Paradise Pier - Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta, Paradise Garden Grill

World of Color
Pixar Play Parade longer than ever but with some changes
No more Electrical Parade

I know I left out some stuff, but that should get you started in your research. As you can see, a lot has changed!

Wow, longtimedisneylurker, that's a very extensive list, thanks! I haven't been since 11/08 and I'm going back in 2/13, so I was very interested in this as well as the OP!

Also there's Soundsational Parade at DL. And Toy Story Midway Mania changed the balloon pop game from Bo Peep to "Dino Darts". Other than that it looks like you got pretty much everything

See, I knew I'd forgotten something.

DS11 just pointed out something else I forgot to mention: ticket and AP prices have gone up. I doubt any of us were expecting them to go down though.
