Only thing wrong with it is the battery dosnet hold much of a charge. What could I get for this if I sold it? Just wondering what I should tell my BFF i want for it. She wants it for her kid for christmas (dont worry, she will get a discount on it anyways.)

Hey! That's the same iPod I have! Mine started losing charge, so I bought a 3rd party battery, and it's as good as new. Unfortunately I don't think they have much of a residual value because of all the new ones that are out. I mean you can pick up a certified refurb iPod Touch for only $150, and a Nano for $100.

I honestly wouldn't ask anymore than $15-$30 for it (depending on GBs). If you replace the battery with a new 3rd party battery, then I'd add that to the price also.

Nextworth will only pay $5 for it if it has light wear and everything is fully functional. That's what I'd go with.

This is what I would say - if OP is not going to get the new battery pack.. Otherwise, no more than $10.. With the Black Friday sales coming - and all this talk of serious slashing of all electronics for Christmas - the friend could conceivably snatch up a brand new one for well under $50..
