What's my chance on BLT?

I just decided to go down to PA/SC/FL with my nephew on a road trip. Since we will be in the area, I have decided to try my luck and try to book a studio for the opening day at BLT. Of couse it is fully booked, but if I put my name on the waiting list for 1 night for any type of studio, do you think I will have any chance to get in??

Are you paying cash or using points? If using points, they try paying cash .... good luck!

It is completely booked (tried cash or points already) - so don't think your chances are great.


vwl was booked too - but akv did have some studios when I asked.

don't know about the other DVC resorts - those were the only ones I asked about

I called this morning again and at first there was no availability, but after I chatted with the CM for a while, he put me on hold for a few minute and when he came back she told me there is a Bay View Studio available!! I booked it right away, and now we are confirmed we will be there the opening day!!
