What's more American than Disney?!We Brave the 4th of July! TR LINK pg. 55!!!!!!!

Target - I think I mentioned the $100 admission fee I pay to get in. I think they pipe in some type of drug the way that MK's Main Street pipes in the smells. "Oh, I need that... runs through my head" :sad2:

Glad you have your attire figured out for the 4th! (It is approaching rather quickly!) :cool1:

Yes! I was in Target again today!! Luckily, I managed to leave with just a bra and a travel sized Advil! Both for the trip, of course!

l've not posted in a while, just catching up with your thread. Really enjoying reading about your previous trip, brilliant photos too. :thumbsup2

Not long now until your WDW trip :cool1:, it's only 25 days until my family & l go :cloud9: I'm sure my DH & DD will really like EE, DS (age 6) and l will probably give it a miss, BTM is about our limit as far as rides go, LOL. DS doesn't like anything at all scary, not sure if he'd be tall enough at 3ft 10"/115cm anyway.

Thanks! I am enjoying my trip down memory lane myself! Haha you are like my sister! She thinks BTM is the biggest thrill!!

Yeah, I think I'm at 24 days! So exciting! Hey, do you know where you're going to be on the 4th? We are planning a mini-meet in Epcot around 3:30 somewhere in France. Feel free to join if you'll be around!

Thanks, that would have been awesome. On the 4th we've got a late breakfast ADR at AK (Tusker House), so will probably still be at AK in the afternoon, planning to go to EPCOT on the 5th. We've planned our park days round our ADRs. Haven't checked to see what days at what parks are busiest when we are there, l reckon everywhere will be mega busy no matter what day, so we'll just make the best of it.

They have a pizza hut in ours!!! Every once in a while I have a hankering for some breadsticks after some good shopping!

Just added a Boatwrights ADR for Monday the 5th! Switched our Dessert Party from the 7th to the 5th for many crazy reasons that I'm sure make sense only to me! But we don't really have many other plans that day other than 10:00 breakfast at WCC and maybe renting a boat on Bay Lake so it seemed like a good night to try out the resort restaurant before an evening of delicious desserts!

Oh thanks! Yeah, I like to shower mid-day, clean all the sweat and grime from walking around in the summer heat all day and then change into a comfy shirt in the evening.

Well, I'm a little late on responding but I went on vacation last week. Sadly, it was not to Disneyworld but rather to Alaska. My husband said we had to go to Alaska before we went back to Disneyworld. So I booked Alaska, then booked Disneyworld for September :lmao:

I am the same way when we go to Disney!!! I freshen up in the morning but I don't take a shower until right before we go to the parks at night. So we'll go to a park in the morning, swim for a couple hours, then I get 'gussied' up for the evening...or as gussied up as one does for Disney :)

Another great recap :)

Awesome picture! Where is that?

Epcot! It's in Future World where the sidewalk glows at night. I think it's the cooooolest thing because you would never know during that day that it lights up at night! It does all swirly patterns and stuff. :thumbsup2

I've never seen the sidewalk glow that way. It normally is little white lights here and there.

I think the AK opening show is adorable. I was so glad we made it there in March.

Our trips are getting closer!

Yeah, it was in a wacky spot.

Yes, it's very cute! This time, we have an early morning ADR so we will miss the show but we will be there early!!

Sooo close now!

I love reading about your past trips! It's so weird to see pictures of Spaceship Earth with the wand still up. I've gotten used to it being down. :rotfl:

I love your pictures of Everest. I've never been on it so I have to live vicariously through everyone else. I'm just too chicken! But the detail is amazing!!

..now that sidewalk would be quite a sight to look at....after a few margaritas at World Showcase;).

After a long but good work day of inneracting with Guests, you and "DISmom's Gone Wild" always brings me back into a Disney vacation frame of mind:goodvibes.

Q: i have never ridden "Expedition Everest" - What's it like?
That is a mUST DO 4 me when I head back to WDW in Oct.

Oooh I must look out for that, looks soooo cool :teeth:

Hi all!
I must make a Target run as well. Now when can I schedule that in?? LOL

Nikki I need to look at your schedule again and see when we are going to be in the same places for a mini meet. We'll be in DHS on July 4th so can't do the Epcot meet.

That is a very cool picture and I don't remember them lighting that way either! Must look for that this time.

Hope all you July trippers are getting things ready to pack! My kids are thrilled and counting down the days!

Hey! Yes we will definitely meet up. We are planning on being in DHS in the morning before heading over to Epcot. I will post my final itinerary when it gets closer. I've changed a few things around since I last posted the plans!

Hi Nikki! I just got done reading your honeymoon and your fall trip reports to Disney... and I loved them both! I can't wait to hear all about your trip in a few weeks. Your wedding pictures were absolutely gorgeous and I so enjoyed reading all about your honeymoon, especially since I'll be on mine in just a few short weeks. We've never been to Disneyland before but are Disney World fanatics, so this will be interesting! I hope that you have a fabulous time on your next trip... it'll be here before you know it!!! :goodvibes PS - Emma is so precious!!!

Hi Tracy! Thanks so much for reading all my TRs!! And for your sweet comments! Congrats on the upcoming honeymoon! I've never been to Disneyland either but I've always wanted to. I'm sure you'll love it! I like how you did something different for your honeymoon but still kept it "disney!" That is why we added the cruise to ours...we didn't want it to be like our usual disney trips (not like they are boring or anything)!

3 weeks and a day!
