What's June like for crowds?

We are going for the first time as adults this June (2-9) and just wondered what crowds we can expect. We have a 4-day ticket. We last went in 1981 so I'm sure a lot has changed since then

Probably the biggest impact will be grad nights. Not that they are big impacts - for some people they are, some barely notice them. If you can plan around them it would be safer but not necessarily required.

Otherwise June tends to be pretty good for crowds and weather.

We went June last year (June 9-17) and it really wasn’t bad for us (we had gone December 28-29 the year before so that probably had something to do with the fact that it seemed so light). The longest posted wait I remember seeing was 2 hours for Radiator Springs Racers but other than that, peak times had 60 minute waits. But if you plan ahead and do rope drop, stay late, and get as many Fastpasses as possible (purchasing Maxpass would allow you to get more), you can do a lot. I never waited more than 45 minutes probably and the only reason I waited that long is because I could stand it and I just wanted to repeat my favorite rides multiple times. As far as grad nights go, don’t worry about it. The 2 least crowded days of our trip were grad nights and they don’t happen a lot of the days of the week. Just plan ahead and you’ll be just fine.

Thank you for your replies. We usually go to WDW in December so used to crowds (but don't like them!). We are coming from the UK so I wasn't aware of grad nights but will read the thread you kindly posted. We will be doing rope drop but won't be staying late, getting over that 8 hour time difference is hard so we're up in the middle of the night and raring to go by rope drop, but ready for bed by teatime
