For all your fans who've gone on Thanksgiving Week? What are the crowds like? We need to start doing vacation when kids don't have school. We had trouble this past month with taking them out of school and my DD paid dearly from the teachers!

Thanksgiving weekend... from Wed-Sunday is pretty crowded... but the M & T prior to that isn't that bad..

We try and arrive the Friday night or Saturday before Thanksgiving. It is great up until about Wednesday, then crowds start pouring in, but still not as bad as Easter or Christmas. The holiday decorations are going up and the weather is normally really nice. We go every year this week and really enjoy it.

We went the week of Thanksgiving and loved it. It was empty Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday was crowded. Thursday, Friday and Saturday was very crowded. The weather was fantastic! We wore jeans or capri pants during the day. At night, we wore sweats and a jacket. The great thing about Disney at Thanksgiving is the day after Thanksgiving all of the hotels and parks are totally decorated for Christmas. We walked out of MK on Thursday night and it was decorated "Fallish". We walked in MK Friday morning and it was 100% Christmas! Enjoy!

I have a different opinion. We went 11/03 , went to MK Mon& Tues before and it was AWFUL!!!! We hopped over to Epcot 1 day-all fastpasses for TT & MS were gone for the day & both had 90 min waits. Hopped over to MGM on the other day & same deal with TOT and RNR. I will never go to WDW during that time again!

Well I have been several different times of the year and this particular week has it's up's and downs. As a general rule it is one of the most crowded weeks. The Magic Kingdom is pretty much a zoo that week, but if you plan your rides out and go with the flow. Accept the crowds things are not that bad.We had plenty of fun in other parks, again crowds are big but it is all part of the experience.Things will never be like the visit 2 weeks after 9/11 but that was a little sparse for me. The weather is great that time of year and the parks start to come alive with holiday decorations.I would say just plan your day out as best you can and let the little ones tell you what they want to do.Make sure you take times to rest and or go back later because the MK will be open later at night during that time as well.

Have fun!!
