Mid November is perfect!
Highs in the mid 70s, lows in the low 60s... and rainy season is usually almost over...

Here's a good site with averages in the Orlando area... scroll down on the chart to see the average rainfall... November is typically pretty low...

We were there the week before Thanksgiving in 2004. IIRC the weather was wonderful - 80's during the day and 60's at night. I do remember that we used the pool a lot on that trip. Crowds were great up until the weekend before Thanksgiving when they started getting a little heavier day by day. I recall many walkons at MK early in the trip.
