What's Included?

So we have picked Sea Breeze Pointe for our custom wedding, the price is $1200.00 for the location, what does this include?

We got married at the Pavilion and the cost included the location, and the pianist. That was it. Everything else is extra (officiant, decor, etc...). Not sure if it is the same thing with Sea Breeze Point, but I would think it would be.

The cost of the outdoor location includes the rental of the location, the set-up of chairs for your guests (they are the white plastic type), a table with white linens if you ask for it (to act as your "altar"), and distribution/laying out of anything for your guests that you may have (programs, candles, items for the toss, etc.). Outdoor location costs DO NOT include the musician.
