What's Included in the roon @ SSR?

Hi all! My family & I are staying at the SSR (we are not DVC members) in November. I am wondering if there are things in the room like dish soap, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent? We are staying in a 1 bedroom villa. I am so super excited! This is our 2nd trip (1st in 2004) but our first time stayign on-site. Can't wait!

Congrats! You will love it...
If I remember correctly they do have very small bottles of dish soap, and detergent. There is a very tiny box of power Tide for clothes.

There is a place called Garden Grocer online who you can place an order with these items plus any food you might want. They have almost everything your normal grocery store has. We used them and it worked out fine. I have heard if you choose to change your order in any way... it might get messed up. So, be sure to get it right the first time. If you are in your room at the time of delivery, they will bring it to you and may even put it in your fridge. They told us if we wanted anything else, there would not be a second delivery charge. www.gardengrocer.com (sp?)

Be sure to bring bubbles for the big bath tub! It comes in handy after walking your feet off at the parks all day.

If you are at the main lobby and don't want to walk to your room at night, the bell service will for a tip. We did this many nights. ]

Even though there is a kitchen in your room, the Disney Dining Plan is a great way to save a lot of time and money. You can use the snack points to purchase milk and cereal at the store at SSR. You can also use them for fruit, juice, etc.. Deffinitley look into it!

We just returned from a week at SSR in a 1BR. They refilled the Tide and dish detergent daily (when needed), they refilled the coffee, papertowels, soap, shampoo as needed too! It was really great!

Since you paid cash through CRO and not staying on points, you will get daily cleaning and daily replenishment of your supplies.

You can get daily replenishment, too, if you want. You just have to pay for it. People booking through CRO are paying for it.

Sure, but you have to pay for them. This is called "Pay as you play" as a means to keep dues down.

Yes there's a hairdryer and ironing board.... but no iron J/k!
