What's in the Grab and Go section of Artist's Palette at Saratoga Springs?

Looked at the menu for Artist's Palette, not sure if my kids will eat anything from there or not. Can anyone tell me what is in the grab & go section I've read about? Thanks.

it has a small grocery section. Milk, some frozen items, bread and if I remember right eggs. Cereal (small indiv size boxes)lunch meat, soda, beer and wine.
