The Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree appears to be open on the weekends.

Are these events listed on any schedule?

UPDATE: from the Disney Parks Blog (April 20)

With the Carnation Plaza Gardens closed, Disney has opened up the former Festival Arena in Big Thunder
Ranch to host the visiting performing arts groups. The Festival Arena has a large footprint and to fill the
space, Disney has also added character meet-and-greets, coloring tables and visiting artisan booths.

Visiting performing arts groups have a bigger stage now that they've been evicted from Carnation Plaza.

I am excited about this BTR jamboree. I am a big fan of making good use of unused space. My daughter loves the little petting farm area, so we will have to stop in and see what is happening when we go!:thumbsup2 Those wood carvings look gorgeous!:goodvibes

Speaking of the BTR Jamboree:

Farley the Fiddler is playing there this Fri., Sat., and Sun.

Farley can also be found on other days in Frontierland and Main Street USA.

Farley's show times are listed in the official calendar (and be sure that on the left side of the calendar 'Park Atmosphere Entertainment' is selected):

As usual, DisneyGeek has plenty of photos of BTR Jamboree, from May 5:
