What's good at hotel C/S???

Hotels have great restaurants but what about their counter service? Would you return to a particular hotel just to have a meal at their counter service???

I know that I loved:
the flatbread and shrimp lo mein at Pop Century!!

Anyone else?????

The absolute best counter service is the Pepper Market at Coronado Springs. Best selection of food, most quantity of food, and most delicious food.
