What's going on in Anaheim on 20/21st September?

I just tried to book our accomodation for our Disneyland trip and really wanted to stay at the Hojo as it has gotten some really great reviews. But all of the rooms are booked out already for the 20th & 21st September!! Does anyone know what is going on in Anaheim on these dates? It must be something big to be booked out so far in advance!

Also does anyone have any other recommendations for hotels to stay in seeing as we won't be able to stay at Hojo? I am guessing we'd need to book fairly soon as I'm assuming other hotels will also book out fast for these dates?

There is a big convention in Anaheim then, I will be going with my DH. It's a security convention called ASIS. It's starts 9/21-9/24. We will be staying at the Anaheim Marriott on W.Convention way.

They might be, I know one night we will be going to DL. I think it's the Ca Adv side, ASIS will be taking it over. I don't know what the time would be, but we get the whole side to ourselves.

So we won't be able to access DCA at all on one night during the convention???

Will they be advertising this so people know or just shut down the park to regular visitors??

That would be great if you could find out which day it will be and possibly what time it will close.

DCA closes at 6 pm anyways in off season weekday.

Like PP said that will NOT affect your visit as DCA will close at 6 pm each night anyway.
