What's for Sunday dinner in your house?

We had mexican tonight...build your own burritos! The rest of the entries sound lovely and too many ingredients for this simple cook.

I would love the recipe for the hollandaise sauce for the Eggs Benedict though!

Taco Bell. I don't do too much cooking on the weekend, it's cheap and yummy. The kids got green beans with their taco.

DH grilled a London Broil outside on the BBQ (had to brush off the snow first :lmao:). Slow-cooked it to medium-rare, then sliced it nice and thin across the grain.

We had homemade-from-scratch Au Gratin scalloped potatoes alongside it, with fresh steamed cauliflower, and little caesar side-salads. Iced tea to drink, milk for the kiddies.

It was all soooo yummy. :cloud9:

Chicken and pasta in creamy pesto sauce with fresh baked bread and olive oil for dipping.

Everything sounds so good!

We had creamy chicken and noodles and biscuits.

There was no time to coook today with Figure Skating Nationals and football today, so we ate Subway sandwiches, low fat chips, and veggies w/ranch dip.

In the morning, I'll make chicken & dumplings in the crock pot so that it will be finished when we all get home in the evening.

We had roast beef, potatoes, green beans, roasted broccoli and gravy. Yum

Pork tenderloin medallions that had been marinated in soy sauce, dijon, garlic and sherry with a sauce made from blackberries, sherry and a little soy sauce. Yum. Roasted baby red potatoes and steamed green beans. Served with croissant round rolls from Pillsbury.

i had a chicken ceasar salad wrap to start, and then dessert was .25cent bbq wings. all washed down with beer. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

...and Mark West Pinot Noir.

oh, you hung out with my mom's boyfriend last night?

I've been wanting to try a Rachael Ray recipe for Crab and Corn Chowda Mac (or something like that). Basically chowder meets mac and cheese. Finally have all the ingredients on hand so today seems a good night to try it.

ooh that sounds yummy!!

Got inspired @ Trader Joe's Sunday afternoon... they were making shaved steak/ yellow pepper pizza on a ciabbata crust with cheese... the sample was awesome.... so I bought the ingredients and made it @ home for dinner for the family. Kids hated it because of the peppers :rotfl: DH and I loved it :)

We had Tropical Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken Stirfry with lots of veggies (Carrots, zuchinni, peppers, and onions) over brown rice.

We go to my dad's house for Sunday dinner, the norm is roast beef, corn, broccoli casserole, some type of potatoes (Mashed or the kind with lipton onion soup on top) and green bean casserole.
YUMMY!

I spent all weekend making Alton Brown's Chicken Coq au Vin.
I followed the recipe to a T - and it turned out fantastic!!
I served it with mashed potatoes and crusty bread - for soaking up that delicious sauce! :goodvibes

I'm eating the leftovers for lunch as I type - and I think its even better today!
