salmon, noodles, spinach pie, cucumbers and yellow bell peppers (raw), biscuits, green beans. blackberry cobbler and vanilla ice cream for dessert. yum.

Would you believe Thai food? Just got back from my best friend's house. She made chicken sate, coconut-lime-cilantro soup and pad thai. Yum yum yum! A welcome change from all the roasts.

We had prime rib and lobster. I get the whole prime rib from Sam's Club. It is "Emmbers" brand and it is so good! All you have to do is put it in the oven for about 1 1/2 hrs at 325 and it is ready. Already seasoned and delicious. Comes with AuJus also. It was about $52, but 4 of us certainly could not go out for that price! We steam lobster tails from the local market. For dessert, we had this yummy chocolate dessert that I received as a Christmas gift. It was featured on Oprah's favorite thng list and I mentioned it to a friend and she got it for me. It is from Williams Sonoma and it is cake batter that is shipped frozen. You bake it in individual ramekins and suprisingly it comes out with a cake like consistency on the outer edge and a wonderful warm mousse center. Really rich! I served it with Edy's vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on top!
