I'm having roasted turkey slices with avocado on a whole wheat round thing, a few low fat Pringles, and low fat chocolate chip pudding. Water to drink with a splash of apple cider vinegar in it --- supposed to be good for you, refreshing once you acquire a taste for it. :)

What about you?

That sounds so good!!!!

We were talking about lunch about an hour ago.

Not sure what we are going to have.

But you are having sounds delish!

I am curious about the Apple Cider splash, I am not a fan of just plain water. Been using Lemon and Orange slices but would be interested in finding something new.

Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches here. We got a bunch of snow and I am in need of comfort food after shoveling this morning.

Vanilla Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup of lowfat strawberry granola. Not very glamorous, but about 200 calories and 15 grams of protein. I made DD her new favorite PB & marshmallow fluff ("fluffernutter"), and DS is having Cheerios.

rice, mac & cheese, new Englad clam chowder.

Lent, so no meat on Fridays.

Well, IMO it is definitely an acquired taste. The water really has a zing to it. :) :upsidedow

I've read different things about apple cider vinegar. It's supposed to be medicinal. If it did a fraction of the things I've read about it, I would be astonished. I've only been using it recently. So I don't have have any personal testimonials. I thought it was a good thing about detoxifying the body. But I can't vouch for it yet. It's inexpensive and quick to add. So what the heck.

I really like adding avocado to sandwiches. It's a good fat and it tastes so creamy. Nice when a fat can work "for" you instead of against you.

I'm having a broccoli quiche and a small bowl of blueberries. Usually I put some bacon or ham in the quiche, but not today! :goodvibes

Egg salad sandwich, then I will graze on some other stuff. Not sure if I want salty or sweet.

I'm hooked on Chobani greek yogurt! I think it's something like 14g of protein! Really has staying power. I get it in blueberry, strawberry, and peach packs.

I have the Stoneyfield organic in the little 80 calorie packs. I like the caramel the best, but the vanilla is good with granola.

Icky, I tried those low fat pringles once and it coated the roof of my mouth with some slick substance. It tasted like I had been sucking on a bar of crisco.

We had a potluck at lunch so I had lots of bad for you things today. :rotfl:

Homemade egg rolls. :lovestruc Super unhealthy and doesn't work with my diet AT ALL, but.. it's Friday and I don't care.

I had a scrambled egg, topped with a little feta, and I ate it on an Arnold multi-grain sandwich round. I also had some baby carrots, and I think I'm going to have an apple.

I love the new Special K cracker chips. I bought the sea salt ones, and they are really good. Unfortunately, they are gone...I would have loved some with my sandwich!

I'll have to look for that kind too. Nice to switch it up a little now and then.

I had low fat sour cream. It tasted fine to me. No residue. :confused3

The original low fat pringles have this like wax substance, and so I don't like them for that reason, so if I want pringles I have the full fat ones.

And whats for lunch? PBJ and an apple!

I usually buy the regular Pringles and just eat less of them. But I wanted to try the low fat sour cream ones. It wasn't bad.
