A tossed salad. I had a bag of "very veggie" salad in the fridge that needed used up, so there it was. It looked kind of plain and sad just laying there in the bowl by itself though, so I scrounged around in the fridge some more, and came with a handful of pepperoni slices from the last time we made pizzas, and a handful of grated cheddar cheese, and a couple of artichoke hearts, and some leftover sliced olives. So maybe its an... Italian tossed salad?

Anyhow, I tossed on a few croutons, added some lite ranch dressing, and poured an iced tea. Lunch is served. And the fridge is cleaned out.
