I amhome alone today and trying to decide what to have for lunch....do I want to make something at home or run and pick up a hoagie.. hmmm..

I am having a leftover Breakfast Burrito from McDonalds this morning, and a package of cottage cheese, and maybe some cheese and crackers!

My lunch is NOT that interesting, LOL!

Here's my plan since I'm trying to eat healthier. Chickens salad made with chicken, 1 cup of celery, 1 Tbsp mayo, 1 tsp. pesto over some salad greens. The kids will probably have mac and cheese.

Soup from freezer with crackers

(every couple of weeks I make a big batch or water/broth based soup with veggies and lentils or rice. I add a little chicken or Morning star farm crumbles for protien, then put it into tupperware and freeze it for quick lunches 2 or 3 times a week)


Brothers All Natural freeze dried fruit (don't know what kind I just grab one from my box without looking)

two lowfat cookies (yeah can't resist a little sweet)

Ocean spray cranenergy pomegatate/cranberry juice

I made a pasta salad with

Penne
Chopped tomatoes
chopped basil
chunks of mozzerella
olive oil
a little salt and pepper

Soooo good!!

I had leftover ham, greenbeans, and potatoes. Then, as a surprize, my office bought me a Dairy Queen cake. Today is my birthday!!!

White Castle Craver Saver pack. 3 hamburgers, small fry, small drink for 2.99. I refilled the Sweet Tea twice.

I get White Castle maybe twice a year.

I had grilled pork chops and dirty rice. I've been craving dirty rice and I ate way too much oh and I had a little bit of peach cobbler too.
