What's for dinner?

DD and I had a fiesta !! I made taco meat with kidney beans and we had a setup with lettuce, tomato, cheese, fat free sour cream and tostitos. Make it your way. DD 5 loved making just what she wanted.

We just made beer can chicken for the first time and I'm here to tell you....it was so moist and sooooooooooo good. Yummy! Along with the chicken, we had garlic mashed potatoes, green beens and a small dinner salad.

I had dining hall grub for dinner. Chicken and pesto calzone (with cheese in it too) and some overcooked carrots. Then I had a little bit of vanilla and raspberry soft serve frozen yogurt. Came back here and had a small piece of the cherry swirl cake that a friend of ours made to celebrate my roommate's birthday. It was wicked yummy (surprisingly since an 18 year old BOY made it), but looking at this list makes me look like a pig

spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread, plus salad. One of the kids' favorite meals.

And a LOT of adult type beverages
