Well, it's leftovers tonight... I've been cookin' up a storm since I discovered www.allrecipes.com !!!

I made a baked ziti last night and have enough for tonight... it was good!

Just thawed my DH's spaghetti sauce, and we'll have salad and garlic bread too! Yummm...

We are having pot roast! It has been in the crock pot since 9AM and will be done in one more hour. I will be sooo happy because I am STARVING!!! It smells so yummy too!

Leftovers. Mom somehow managed to escape tonight to Applebees (not sure with who) so we're on our own. So I had a leftover thing from the other night. It was some sort of Cambells meal-Cheesy chicken and pasta. Good stuff.

My mom uses her leftover ham to make Navy bean soup, or potato soup. YUMM!!!

We're having boneless chicken breasts with chipolte cream sauce, steamed broccoli, and mesclun salad.

for dinner tonight: Baked Pepperoni Pasta

easy - cooked ziti, spaghetti sauce mix put half in baking pan, cover with layer of pepperoni, layer of cheese (whatever king is ok but I like mozzerella), rest of pasta. Cook at 350 for about 15 minutes. Yummm



for leftover ham: I always make a quiche with ham

It was going to be taco casserole, but DH called this afternoon saying he's got to work late so I'm going to meet him at the office and go to Nick & Tony's, which is a yummy italian restaurant!

The only think I know for sure I'll be having is the Raspberry Ginger Republic of Tea! It's so good I almost don't mind that it's $6/bottle!

That's ok. DH and I drank 11$/bottle water at the Contemporary-2 of them actually.
