Whats for dinner?

Homemade beef stew and biscuits. And I just pulled two chocolate cakes out of the oven for desert.

Rotisserie chicken, mashed potatos, steamed asparagus and caprese salad (homegrown tomatos, layered with fresh mozarella, sprinkled with salt, pepper, olive oile and chiffonad of basil, also from the garden). All washed down with a yummy merlot!

I had spaghetti with my own boring concoction of a sauce. Tomato sauce, tomato paste and some Italian seasoning. I'm the only one in the house that will eat it. It's cheap and I like it.;)

* baked salmon with seafood stuffing
* green beans with almonds
* corn on the cob
* lemonade
* fresh fruit (eating the cherries now)

Cold pasta salad with chicken, Honeydew melon, iced tea with frozen fruit.

Grabbed two footlongs from Subway on our way home from Harry Potter... Sat special, 2 for $6.99

I ate 1/3 of mine, since my Crohn's has been flaring up again. *sigh*

Another night going hungry...

Grilled pork chops, baked asparagus and fried okra. Lots of these other dinners sound delicious. Glad I'm full.
