What's for dinner?

I'm not debster, but I'll answer to how I cook it. I first dredge the pork tenderloin in seasoned flour (use what ever seasoning you like). Then I pan sear the tenderloin in about a tablespoon of oliveoil until brown on all sided. Then place it in a preheated 400 degree oven for approx 10 - 15 minutes until 165 degrees on the meat thermometer.

It must be spagetti night! I made spagetti with my homemade sauce. I made the sauce previously, I make a BIIIIG batch and freeze it for future use. I take it out on nights I just don't feel like fussing. That would be tonight! ;)

Stone crab claws, green beans and salad...doing the low carb thing!

Well, I am debster :teeth:

We do our tenderloin a couple of different ways, but tonight, DH came home and marinated it in olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and rosemary. Then I toss it in the oven and cook it til it's done.

If the grill were not buried under 3 feet of snowbank, we also put it out on the grill with a brown sugar/soy sauce/OJ marinade. Yummy.
