I'm eating alone tonight and don't feel like take-out, TV dinner, or just opening a can of spaghetti-O's, so I'm looking for some ideas of something quick, cheap, and tasty.

What's for dinner? :)

I don't know....I could bake some chicken strips or we could go get Subs...I don't know yet. I'm actually not hungry (started the diet pills again today)

We're having Subway. I think I'm going to also have a light ice cream sandwich for dessert. :)

Not a good dinner night here....the girls had French Toast sticks and then some cereal. I had cereal. It was a breakfast night.

LOL! Y'all are not helping! ;)

I'm toying with trying a beef noodle casserole dish recipe I found on the 'net...

I had a frozen smart ones, macaroni & cheese. DH & DS had hotdogs on the grill and potato puffs.

I had left over shrimp scampi from the other day. Now I am having my mini robins eggs while I am sitting here relaxing after a long hard day at work. :D

I'm eating spaghetti right now by myself. There is enough left over for Luis if he wants some, if not, I'll eat it tomorrow :)

scout meeting tonight:
Grilled cheese and tomato soup.

I took everything out to make stroganoff, mentioned to my DH I didn't feel like cooking....we ended up ordering chinese! LOL

Brown Rice and Peas.:D I had Potato Chips for Dessert.

Grilled ham & cheese sandwich with (grown-up) chicken noodle soup (not that kid's campbell soup version - yuck)

barf in the cafeteria at work. Nothing good except a steak hogie and ice cream, so that is all I had.

We had steak on the grill with carrots and a salad :)

I had a WW hot meatball hot pocket that I didn't eat at lunch today. Made hamburger helper chicken stroganoff and broccoli for the boys. Think I will have some fresh strawberries in a bit.

That beef noodle casserole recipe you mentioned sounds good.

We had baked boneless chicken breast, mashed potatos, corn and string beans aka green beans. We have fresh M&M cookies from the local bakery for snack!

I had a snowpea and chicken salad with a rasperberry vinegarette.
