What's for dinner?

That sounds interesting and good. I love sweet potatoes and beans/lentils together.

We're having tandoori cod, cauliflower & broccoli, and sliced mango.

Barbecue pork.

The frozen roast didn't fit in the crockpot (which is what I normally do), so I put it covered in the oven at 225. Here's hoping that it cooks to the right temp in 12 hours and doesn't burn.

fish (haddock and scallops), asparagus, watermelon, salad. Its HOT today, this sounded like the perfect meal to me. will probably make some mac n cheese for the kids who don't like fish.

We are having Italian rolled meatloaf and roasted green beans.

Thursdays are our "eat out" days because of taekwondo, but today DS has an ortho appt in addition to taekwondo, so we will do Mcdonald's in the car if there is time. :rotfl:

I intended to make carnitas for tacos tonight, but completely spaced putting it in the crockpot before I left for work. Grr.

We have leftover stuff we grilled on Monday - some chicken breasts, a few brats, and I have sliced veggies. Plus potato salad, pineapple, and sauerkraut. So something with that.

Carnitas tomorrow...

All of these sound yummy.

I'm on the go tonight as I have to head to the barn to help train a pony, so I'll be doing quick and easy. Probably breakfast. Gotta love bacon and eggs for supper. :)

LOL! I've done that many times as well. No time to eat, other than in the car. LOL

Hope you feel better soon! But there's nothing quite like soup when you're sick.

Also a fan of breakfast for dinner. Yummy. Dh made me eggs the other night and they ate hamburger helper.

I have pork chops defrosting in the refirgerator but I'm hoping to go out to eat. :)

We're having baked ziti, garlic bread, salad, and bite sized brownies.
