Those must be some big green peppers! That sounds good with Tomatoes... Hmmm...

Tacos, naah. Thanks but no thanks on that one. I am not a taco person.

I just stopped by to drool over what you guys are having. I think I'm having a veggie burger.

DS4 asked if we could stop at Wawa for hotdogs and chips. Yeah! No cooking for me tonight! :cool1:

I don't know yet, but I'm craving a big hamburger!!!

I defrosted some Alaskan Halibut that a friend gave me after an Alaskan cruise. I can't wait to dive in with my fork!!! MMMMmmmmmmmm! :teeth:

Oh shoot! I forgot that DD might be bringing home her report card! We usually let the kid choose dinner, and you know that means Ricky Rats (code for Chuck E Cheese). Here I am alone with Dh out of town, UGH!

We are having Swiss steak, butternut squash that we grew in our garden, scalloped potatoes, washed down with our homemade Elderberry wine.

Tonight it's:

Tilapia with garlic butter, rice and steamed veggies.

Just made a lasagna. It's in the frig now so I can just pop it in the oven in about a 1/2 hr.

I made a new casserole that I was not impressed with :crazy2: and some Texas Toast on the side.

I broke down after numerous emails and ordered from alazing.com. It came today so tonight we are having Omaha Steaks Top Sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes and julienne glazed carrots. :goodvibes

:lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl:

Stacy,

I've made a few of those myself...........that's when you make a run for Taco Bell :teeth:

We're doing BBQ chicken and baked beans tonight.

I had some leftover chicken breasts that I had cooked in the crock pot with canned tomatoes and some spices (cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and salt). I shredded them, added some heavy cream to make a sauce, let it reduce a little bit and served it over some whole wheat spaghetti. It sounds a little weird, but it was actually really good, and the family liked it. (We actually had this for lunch eariler since everybody was home then and won't be at dinner time.)

Spaghetti with hot sausage and garlic bread
