DD 17 just left for the mall to get Chicken at the Manchu wok place.

Aimeedyan, you were right. Just finished a wonderful dinner of cheese and chicken quesadillas, and the maker worked out terrific! Quick preparation, quick cleanup. And I found low carb tortillas at Walmart today, so everything was OK for the diet! Bonus was that I got the maker for $7.00 at Kohl's today. (I had a $10 reward coupon and the QM was on sale-$17.00) I think I have found my new favorite appliance!! Best of all, DS6. a very picky eater, loved them and ate all!! He remembered having them at WDW...

Last night it was Weight Watchers Salsbury steak. Tonight it was Ruby Tuesdays! Yum! I got the sandwich combo...1/2 of a Turkey BLT and the salad bar. I could eat that every day. LOL!

Tonite I made taco's for my DH, DS and his buddy. Of course I'll regret it later tonite. Have to keep the TUMS handy!!!
