Grilled a Swordfish steak for the wife and had 2 Bassa fillets for myself with Jerk(chicken-fish) rubbed on them along with nuked chopped spinach and Parmesano Regiano(sp) freshly grated on top, fresh garden salad along with a nicely ripened tomato.
