What's for dinner? Fri, July 29th

Hello everyone. My computer has been causing me problems the last couple of days. Everytime I try to post, it gets stuck and then looses it connection. I hope this will work this time.....

Today is left over day. Spaghetti pie from 2 nights ago, and last night I grilled steaks, so I am going to try and make some type of sandwich from that. Thought if I slice it real thin, toast some buns with garlic butter and melt some swiss cheese over the meat. And I also have some left over mushrooms to put on the top. That doesn't sound too bad, now to just make it work.

Enjoy your Friday. It is supplosed to be raining here today, I'm kind of looking forward to a rainy day. An excuse to not mow the grass or pull the weeds

Having my parents over for dinner so DH and I are trying out a few new recipes.

Cheese/green chilies empanadas seved with sour cream and salsa
Tyrone Steak
Corn on the side
Apple Dumplings (we sampled this last night yummy!!)

Last night of a quite house before we pick DD up from camp tomorrow morning - so we had:

steaks
sauted mushrooms
au gratin potatoes
broccoli

wine

choc. chip custard
