What's Feb like?

We were hoping to go back to WDW in Oct but currently the flight's are a little expensive at the moment , so may get a few jobs done around the house, and then travel for the 1st 2weeks in Feb, have any of you been at this time and if so what's it like for weather and crowds?

We went this Feb and it was perfect. The weather was brilliant and the crowds, well what crowds, we hardly queued for anything in either Disney or Universal. We would definately go this time of year again

Feb is hit and miss, we have been here the past week, only 2 days perfect wether so far, fleeces rest of week, that is similar to Feb, it could be good every day but could be cold every day.

I agree with Wayne, weather is unpredictable - it's likely you will get pleasant sunny days but it could also be on the cool side too especially in the morning and evening.
Overall February and March very difficult to predict, it's common to get cold spells that time of the year.

Hi OWJAY , great to hear from you again!, I really wanted tp try and go back this year, but the cost of Oct flight's it just doesn't seem realistic to be honest, unless DH's boss decides to give him his well earned bonus, but that's another story . So I think this may be the next best thing, especially to celebrate my DH's 40th , although a little bit belated!!

Avoid Presidents Day which falls on the 3rd Monday in Feb. It's a National Holiday and so, that weekend and the few days afterwards are extremely busy.

last 2 days have been mid 80's 4 days Disney cruise tomorrow so should be a few degs warmer further south. Forcast for Orlando is mid 80's for next 7 days.
Our 1st day ( Easter Sunday) suprised how quiet MGM was. Today(Sat) in Magic Kingdom was not too bad. Unfortunately Mon-Fri has been crazy, Soarin and Test track upto 2 hours. Crowds have been close to what we get at Xmas thru New year.
Will be glad to get on cruise for a rest, been at rope drop most mornings.

I know 3 families who all flew out yesterday as the schools broke up on Friday. I think there is about to be a major Brit invasion!
