If you had only 1 day to eat at WDW where and what would you eat. Include if you want snacks. Here's Mine:

Breakfast at Tusker House Character Meal eating everything from the Buffet

Lunch at LeCellier eating the pretzel Bread, Chedder Cheese Soup and a Shaved prime rib sandwich.

Afternoon Snack-- piece of Carrot Cake from Main St Bakery while I watch Afternoon Parade and then wash it down after the parade with a Dole Whip.

Dinner- at ESPN Club eating some Wings and having a Rueben and washing it down with a few beers.

Late night snack- Casey's Corner Hot dog while watching Spectro- Magic or Wishes and then grap a cone of Ice cream as I'm walking down main street and leaving.

YUMMM!

Breakfast - grabbing a yummy muffin or pastry from Main Street Bakery or the bakery in France.

Lunch at Sunshine Seasons - Either the Roasted Beet and goat cheese salad or the Seared Tuna Salad and split the California Roll with my daughter

Snack - Grand Marnier slushie and a chocolate crepe in France to share with DH

Dinner - Teppan Edo! The Shrimp dinner with tempura veggies as an appy.

Looks like I'd be very happy to be in Epcot! Fine with me, it's my favorite park! Too bad I can't get a pastry in France for breakfast! HMMM, I'd have to plan ahead then and get it the night before!

Okay...I'd never be able to eat this much food in one day...but since we're dreaming...

Breakfast - Boma, 1900 Park Fare or Crystal Palace
Lunch - Sanaa
Afternoon Tea - Garden View Lounge, Grand Floridian
Dinner - Tutto Italia or Wolfgang Puck Cafe

A realistic day would look like this...

Breakfast - Cinnamon Roll from Roaring Forks
Lunch - The Plaza or Garden View Tea
Dinner - Sanaa, Tutto Italia or Wolfgang Puck Cafe

Breakfast at Boma

Lunch at Chefs de France

Dinner at Il Mulino

Huh, interesting question. I don't usually do more than one large meal a day but here is what I would do if I were to do my favorite breakfast, lunch and dinner on the same day.

Breakfast- This will be a little different because I think the ideal breakfast is to go to the Bakery on the Boardwalk before Epcot opens and get something small like a bagel and cup of coffee. I like to sit by the lake and enjoy the quiet outside before the day of chaos begins.

Lunch- I would do Kona Cafe for Lunch. I love the Poly and my favorite lunch item is the Asian Noodle Bowl there. I would then grab a Kona coffee and make the walk from the Poly to the GF. It is pretty much deserted and the walk through the Poly paths is one of my favorite places to unwinde.

Dinner- Without a doubt Boma for dinner. I like to get there a little early and enjoy some coffee in the lobby (as you can tell I drink coffee all day long, eve in 90 degree heat) before my ADR time.

I go solo a lot and usually for marathon weekend so it is nice being able to go do what you want, even if it means leaving the parks to eat. I would normally do these on different days because I don't do a lot of ADRs at WDW, but that would not really fit this thread.

7am Boardwalk Bakery for Latte and Croissants

9am followed by Dole Whip at MK

11am Light lunch of Casey's Hot Dog Nuggets MK (Recent Discovery)
Popcorn on my way out

Hop over to Epcot

11:45 Italian Margarita, made with Grappa and Lemoncillo Liquor

12:00 Share a little something from the Frech Boulangerie, a Napoleon or Tartlet

2:00 pm Lunch at Tangerine Cafe-Lamb Schwarma Platter w/ Hummus and Cous-Cous

3:30 pm Pretzel or that Normay Bread w/ Toasted Coconut

4:30 pm Churros and a Frozen Margarita from Mexico

7:00 pm Dinner, either Tepan Edo, Le Cellier or Yachtmen's Steakhouse

Please understand that whatever I buy to eat my children or entourage end up eating, no one orders for themselves but they usually help themselves to mine. We graze all day! P.S. I never share the Italian Marguarita!

Breakfast at Kona: Banana Stuffed French Toast or Pineapple Macadamia Nut Pancakes with a big pot of Kona Coffee, the real stuff not the blend

Lunch at Wolfgang Puck Express, Downtown Disney: Just about any sandwich or pizza will do

Dinner at Le Cellier: Cheddar Cheese Soup to start, filet mignon with rissoto, and a maple creme brulee

Snack: A dole whip or anything for the baked good case at Goofy's Candy Company

Frosty Beverage: A lager and lime from Rose and Crown or a good old Pennsylvania Yuengling Lager on draft at Prime Time
