What's currently in your car boot?

A bunch of baby stuff for a kids consignment sale next week. I don't have a baby, but my sister has twins and I do all the tagging of the stuff and then keep half the money.

You mean the trunk? LOL. Paper grocery bags. Jumper cables. First aid kit. Umbrella.

Reuasable grocery bags, my charging cable, and a small air compressor for inflating tires.

2 cooler bags and a ton of reusable grocery bags I forget to take into the store most times.

Sometimes a snow brush if we have people in the backseat otherwise it sits on the floor of the back seat.

I also call it a trunk not boot…lol

A locking mechanism and a communications device to alert authorities it's being tampered with. Around here, the boot goes on your wheel for unpaid parking tickets. Then if you don't pay within about 48-72 hours after you get booted, they impound it. I've never gotten the boot, however.

Ahhh. The pretty blue car has a nice yellow boot to go with it.

Truck bed, but a bunch of cans and bottles awaiting their time to go to the can return place.

Reusable grocery bags
Bought my first reusable grocery bag the other day and this is why I don't like them. Well, this one actually my daughter stole. They are great for her carrying stuff back and forth to school. But then I don't have it for groceries. So next trip, which I stop at Wegmans after I drop her off on Sunday, I bought another one. It is here in my dining room. I will always forget to toss them back in the car. I find it a dumb practice because if I don't have regular grocery bags any more, I'll now be using 10 times more plastic in my trash cans using kitchen garbage bags. So more plastic waste than less.

In the back of my car is just an old heavy winter coat in case I ever need it. I should throw a pair of jeans back there too because I wear shorts most of the time because most of the time I am heading to work when I leave the house in my car.

Soon to be a bicycle when the weather breaks. My bike lives in the back. Started out wiggling it in a Jetta. Then it was an econobox hatchback which was easier but still a bit small. I'm hoping now that I have a small SUV/CUV I might not have to take the wheel off to fit.

I drive a hybrid vehicle that’s more of a station wagon model. So to get the best mileage, I keep the entire car empty. The only things in the back are a spare tire and a small air compressor in case a tire gets low. They fit under the cargo floor, so if you were to look in the back, it’s empty.

Jumper cables, small snow shovel, reusable shopping bags, blanket, waters, roll of paper towels
