Going in 7 weeks:cool1:

Having been lucky enough to go every year 1992-2004, we had our last visit in 2004:sad2:

As the chlidren grew up costs grew too, plus A levels at school also became a priority.

Changes at that time were we saw the POP century being built, so thats where we are going to stay this time. Also saw the Everest ride being built at the Animal Kingdom.

Hey now were going back and children pay for most of their cost too. My sons girl friend is comming with us, she has never been berore so the excitement is building:yay:

Now with all the wealth of knowledge on the forum:worship:, wondering what across all the parks and places to visit in Orlando, are the 3 best new additions too look out for, and what 3 old favorites have gone for ever since our last visit in 2004??

Over too you..............

Was worth the 4/5 year gap, there are more pluses than minuses.

I would add though that some attractions replaced others such as -

Finding Nemo the Musical replaced Tarzan

Finding Nemo replaced Living with the Seas Seabase Alpha lift

Stitch's Escape replaced Alien Encounter

The two shows at Seaworld for Killer Whales and Dolphins replaced the previous ones.

King Kong was replaced by The Mummy

But some are totally new such as -

Soarin'

Manta

Lights, Motors Action

Oh and nearly forgot Mission Space at Ecpot would be new and the Wonders of Life pavillion at Epcot has closed with no replacement as yet!

Please don't miss Toy Story Mania at the Studios - this is now one of our favourite rides if the whole of WDW. It gets mobbed first thing and all fast passes are often gone by lunch time - it's well worth getting there early to ride AND also getting a fast pass at the same time so you can return later - it's addictive and great fun - not to be missed!! :thumbsup2

Another favourite is Soarin' at Epcot - this is the only ride we have done where, often, the audience have given a clapping ovation at the end of the ride - another not to be missed attraction!! :thumbsup2

Yes got to add to the last page Toy Story Mania is now my joint fave ride along with Splash and it is a definite not to miss ride for us it's so popular though, seriously after riding this though it totally leaves Buzz Lightyear in the shade. :thumbsup2
