What's changed in the last year?

Hi everyone,

I haven't been around these boards for about a year, since our last trip to USF/IOA. Went to the WWoHP when it opened last June and now thinking about going back.

Has anything changed since then? Do resort guests still get in early? WWoHP still not included in Express pass? Any tips or anything I need to know?

Not much/Yes/Still not/none that come to mind but coming changes include Despicable Me taking over for Jimmy Neutron and digital projection in Spider-Man, depending on how far ahead you're looking at.

WWoHP is still pretty much the way you left it. It is not unusual for Universal to restrict entry into WWoHP by means of a FastPass-type system when crowds warrant. That's all I can think of new since this time last year. Early entry and Express work same as always.

So how does the fast pass type system work when there are big crowds - any priority to staying onsite?

I was hoping there would be express pass for HP now but I guess that might just cause some riots or something

So how does the fast pass type system work when there are big crowds - any priority to staying onsite?

Staying onsite allows you:

-one hour Early Entry to WWOHP (if the park opens at 9am, you get in at 8).
-unlimited Express access to all participating attractions. Forbidden Journey, Rockit, and P-Flyers are Not Participating
-pool hopping is permissible to any of the resort pools. You can stay at the PBH and enjoy the HRH or RPR pool!

As for the WWOHP system, if it's too full, then kiosks near JP are available. You scan your park ticket and get a return time. Return during that time to get into WWOHP! Express is still valid at Dragon Challenge and Hippogriff.

There is no priority to onsite guests while the WWoHP entry system is enforced, making early entry that much more important.
