What's better at CRT - breakfast or lunch?

I have lunch reservations for CRT on our first day. I'm thinking of seeing if I can change to early breakfast just for the experience of walking into the park before it opens.

What do you guys think - is breakfast better?

We've done both an we prefer lunch.

I've done both. I think lunch is a better value, and it fits better with my touring style---leaves those precious morning hours free, and doesn't require that I lose an Extra Magic Hour of Sleep.

breakfast! the granola with yogurt and fruit was one of the favorite things i ate our whole trip!

walking in to the park early seems a little magical too. it's fun to get pictures of everything before the park gets busy

I've done both, and I definitely prefer lunch. The pasta is sooooo good. I hope to have lunch at CRT again in July for my birthday.

I've only done breakfast - but I have to say, I loved it!

Like others have mentioned, it's great to have a quiet Main St to stroll down and we got some great pictures with not many other people around.

DBF said that this was his favourite breakfast of our holiday, we had a platter of pastries, a large bowl of fruit salad and then a cooked breakfast. Also a choice of tea, coffee and a constant top-up of fresh orange juice.

My face must have been a picture that morning, I really felt like a Princess! It was a dream come true for me to eat in the castle, we had our table by the window overlooking Fantasyland too, which was just great!

I'd recommend it, even if it's just the once, for either breakfast or lunch. It's a special experience, one I will never forget!

That is great to know - I'm going to try and pace myself on this trip and make some healthy choices. I'd rather have a healthy breakfast and save my calories for all the fabu desserts i've seen pics of!

This is what we're looking forward to the most. A quiet start to our vacation. I went ahead and changed my reservation so now we're doing breakfast at 8:30.

The food that you get at breakfast is just like it will be anywhere else: taditional American eggs & stuff. It's good food, but why pay double when you could get it at a dozen other places? Try to book the lunch. The food is great & there is still great character interaction.

CRT is okay to do once. I don't think I could justify paying that price again just to eat in the castle. Character interaction was great though.
