What's being built/renovated across from Peter Pan?

Does anyone know what is being built/renovated across from Peter Pan in Fantasyland?

I think it's just a touch up of the facade of its a small world. That's what it looks like to me.

They're making the outside of Its A Small World to look more like the rest of Fantasyland. You can see one part of it already completed (the exit I believe, just need to finish the entrance).
