I see that Epcot has Extended Evening Hours while I'm there in January. However, of the 10 attractions listed as being open, 2 of them are closed (Grand Fiesta Tour and Test Track), leaving only 8. Is it possible that any other attraction(s) might be open to make up for those two being closed? Has anyone else been there when an unexpected attraction was open?

I'd be surprised if they added anything else, as the crowds (in my experience) are already so low and lines short. There isn't much incentive for them to open up something else just to spread out the crowds that aren't really there anyways.

Test Track has been closed for our last few EEH and I saw no difference in lines from the previous EEH when it was open. Grand Fiesta rarely has a line later in the day anyways and it's never had a line for EEH - we've always had our own boat

I love Epcot EEH but you need to plan what to do as the time goes by quickly, esp since it takes so long to walk from one end to the other. This is especially true if you watch the fireworks and it eats into your time.

At least short lines suggests I might get to ride Remy with a short wait. Also, maybe the Frozen ride. Any chance Halles Bakery remains open, at least for part of Extended Hours?

As shared above there really aren’t food locations open during AH event. I don’t believe the bakery will be open either.
