Where do the tags come from, how do you earn them.
Some threads say you've got to believe and clap.

More ignorant questions....

I'm still a "Welcomed Guest", whilst some people are "DIS Veterans" in black type. Some people have other things written in black. Does the transition from WG to DISV happen automatically after a number of posts? Do people write in their own tags?? Doesn't the Tag Fairy mind???

....and some very lucky people have had tags bestowed upon them by the gracious TF.

Perhaps you can write your own tag somewhere in the user options section. As for the mysterious Tag Fairy... who knows!
