What's a Tag Fairy?

I've been seeing tags under other user names that reference the Tag Fairy. But I'm just not sure what that is.

Will I get a quarter under my avatar if I lose my tag?

Does being sprinkled by Tag Fairy dust mean I'll get a discount pin for free dining? Or just that I'll need to vacuum again?

Can s/he fly? Can s/he do the backstroke? The butterfly? The macarena?

Do I have to clap if I believe?

The Tag Fairy is a great being who cruises the different sections of the boards and gives people tags who say or share something interesting or funny. Once you're tagged, if you make any changes to your tag, it will disappear and you may not get another one.

Make sure you post on different sections of the boards so your chances are increased.

I only found out what a tag was a few weeks ago when reading the Scrollie and Bacon War thread on the community board. Serves me right for only sticking to the resorts/restaurant boards all this time.

But yeah, I feel the same way; there are brilliant minds who know how to work a great post...and then there's me.

oohhhh, I Like, But since you already know what she/they( yes there are more than one) I have compiled a list of what I think they don't

**misspelled words** _ one TF will come and put your misspelled words and grammatical errors under your name if you are not careful . That leads me to believe that she must be an English teacher

**people who roll their eyes **

** people who beg for tags(that gets you on their list but probably the no tags for____ list **

**people who disagree with them** (see previous post)^

**people who try too hard to make themselves funny**

**people who try to explain what they do and do not like** (me)
