What's a great resort for seeing illuminations?

Tying to decide between a great resort for illuminations and Bay Lake Towers MK View

That's easy. You can't see illuminations from any resort, except a few tops of the highest fireworks.

Now, it is a short walk from either BWV or BCV to enter Epcot and see the illuminations show. But it is clearly a BLT choice if you want to watch the show from your hotel itself.

Thank you. That is what I thought. I just thought I heard something about being able to see them from some boardwalk rooms.

I just got back from BC and was able to watch illuminations every night from my balcony. But, yes it was just the high fireworks and my room (529) was in just about as perfect a spot it could be in as there were no immediate trees in the way. Just a short ways down would have been obstructed. Bear in mind that you can take short walk down the street towards Epcot to get a pretty good view of the fireworks. Lots of folks were doing it.
