What's a good fare Pres. Week From BDL

Ok, We're hooked! We're going in October and plan to go back in Feb Too (have to go Pres week because DD is missing school for October trip. Patiently waiting for SWA to open their schedule. Hoping to get a flight down Fri - Sun 2/13-15 and returning the following Sunday or Monday. Last year we went down Tuesday and returned Tuesday and I got tickets for about $150 RT. This year I'd REALLY like to get out of town on Friday. All other airlines have rates of $300+ for that time period. So, If I can get $99 each way flights should I go for it the minute the schedule opens? That would equate to around $241 RT, or should I wait until there's a sale. Anyone have some historical data?

I'm with you Rpsemont, we always go during slow times but with a chance to get a Disney fix during presidents week we're looking! So far $375 on Song.

So I'm also wondering what to expect, not only for airline tickets but crowds also.

Dislurcker, As I said, we went last year Tuesday President's week to Tuesday after and we found it quite tolerable. If I manage to swing going for 10 days this year, we're probably going to lay low and stay away from the parks Pres. day weekend. I've heard that can be brutal.
But we won't be going if I have to pay $345 ticket! LOL!
