Whatever happened to chili cheese fries?

O.k., I admit it. When I go to WDW parks I love to have crappy food that I know is lousy for me.

One of my guilty indulgences is chili cheese fries.

Last night, I reviewed the online menus at all the theme park CS locations. I could only find chili cheese fries at one place...Restaurantosaurus. I am sad. No chili cheese fries at the MK? Epcot? DHS?

I found places that had fries along with a burger or other sandwich. And some even offered chili on other items, like hot dogs. But those menus didn't seem to offer any "sides" at all. Much less chili cheese fries.

Does anyone have any recent experience and know where I might still find these delectable treats?

You can thank the parents who don't watch there kids and the kids get burned by the cheese sauce and the parents get sue happy that is why there are no more cheese fries!

All Stars food courts seem to have them. Also Dolphin Fountain.

There were only two condiment bars that I knew of (Cosmic Rays and Pecos Bills) that had hot cheese sauce. But it seemed like just a few years ago I could get chili cheese fries from CS locations that didn't have condiment bars. And I don't understand the places that serve fries with their sandwiches, and chili cheese dogs, but don't offer chili cheese fries. Unless maybe they do, but it's just not on the Disneyworld.com menu.

I hope someone can tell me those menus are incorrect.

Thanks. I'm staying at ASMu. But I seem to only get the hankerin' when I'm in a theme park around mid-day. It is basically lunch to me.

Which leads me to wonder...maybe they were eliminated because they were always a "snack" on the DDP, but they were filling enough to be a meal.

Casey's had the cheese dispensers, too.

Since Casey's has chili cheese hot dogs and french fries, it would certainly seem like you could get chili cheese fries there, but it doesn't appear to be the case.
