WHATCHA WEARING??

For those of you there now, I’m curious of your wardrobe choices! I see 50 degree starts and 70 degree afternoons this week and next. So tell me, how do you start your morning versus your afternoon and how fast does it warm up? I realize this is subjective and I realize some will wear shorts and some won’t. Just looking for some ideas of what to pack...so humor me!

We are on our way home. We wore fleece jackets and short sleeves and Capri pants. Usually by 11 or noon we could drop the jacket.
Note that we live in the mid Atlantic so even 50 is warmer than home right now.

Long sleeve shirt, sweatshirt, and or jacket.

Depends on how you react to cold.

This actually helps a lot. We are from the Midwest and know that 60 can feel warm or downright cold depending on lots of factors. But if you are shedding jackets by lunchtime that sounds nice!!!

I'll suggest what I always say, bring layers. You don't say when you're coming. It's been chilly here since December. The next couple of weeks look to be warming up during the day, still cool in the evening/overnight. It warms up pretty quick in the morning but also cools off quick as the sun is going down. I can count on two hands how many times I've worn long pants in the last 5 years, but that's me. My wife is in jeans when it's 60 so differences.
Here's a screen shot of our forecasted weather for the next two weeks-ish. Just remember it can change from one day to the next, therefore, layers.

Thanks! That’s what I wanted to hear, “warms up pretty quick”. We are planning layers, just wondering what that means to people there now and this helps! We arrive on Friday.
