I'm going to go through a bunch of stuff in the back bedroom - (stuff to put up on eBay) - get the living room ready for the Christmas tree that I "hope" to get by Sunday - get my clothes ready for work for next week - and wrap the Christmas gifts I've already purchased....

Every time I listen to the weather they're making the storm bigger and bigger! We went from a prediction of 8 to 10 inches to 10 to 15 inches and now it's 12 to 18 inches !!!!! Yikes! It's too early for this nonsense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

& stay healthy

I'm slowly working on the christmas card newsletter along with the addresssing of the envelopes.

Earning Disney money - working storm overtime.

I love the winter in New England!

I'm in a non-snow area :teeth: but I'm headed to a snow area for Christmas. I would go stir crazy on vacation if I were snowed in!

wow, we missed that much snow. Had we gotten this much I have chili made so we would just cuddle up and watch movies on cable and watch the snow from the inside of my nice warm house!!

Went to Disney store last night after hearing the increasing snow predictions. Figure I wont get out of the neighborhood until maybe Monday.
Thinking I may decorate the house today. If there is a lull hopefully we can go get our Christmas tree.
Maybe have coffee at a friends house?
Do more wrapping? Although most of this is already done.
Any Christmas movies on Lifetime?
SHOVEL SHOVEL SHOVEL oh did I say get out and SHOVEL?

The abc family channel has christmas show on starting at 2:00.
I'll pick out a few for DD to watch. Read her a few books.

Me?

I get to do laundry, dishes, vacuum, organize DD closet. I have plenty of household chores I've been ignoring to get Christmas shopping done wrapped and shipped to FL.

Also Try to keep DS almost 11 mos. happy, He does not like being stuck in the house.

And laugh at DH while he tries to use the snowblower he bought yesterday on the way home from work.
Got Gas?!:teeth:

Well the severe part of the storm isn't supposed to hit us until late tonight..... today we are going to go to The Nutcracker Ballet at 2 pm and then out to dinner afterwards.... tomorrow I guess I will sit by the Christmas tree and wrap gifts..... listening to Christmas music or watching Christmas movies... I will also put out my Byer's Choice Collection.... and some other decorations too, our tree is up already though. DH is an electrician for the local power company so if the blizzard winds come... he'll probably be going to work (can you say DOUBLE TIME??:teeth: )

We're supposed to get up to 2' between today and tomorrow morning. I will be cleaning the house and putting up Christmas decorations:D

We're supposed to be going to my Aunt's house to celebrate my Mom's birthday today, but her house is over an hour away and it's still snowing and not supposed to stop for a while. So, if we can't go (which will make me very sad!), I think I'll start wrapping my Christmas presents and write out all of my Christmas cards. Hopefully there will be some good movies on TV, since our DVD player isn't working.

We did this so far:

It's supposed to snow again today so we may try to do something really involved!

:teeth:

Well, hopefully, it's going to stop soon, but sitting here w/the small flakes (snow, not the kids) it doesn't look like it will stop soon. What happened to the RAIN it was supposed to turn into yesterday?

I'll be wrapping presents, cleaning, decorating and tomorrow - watching the Eagles beat the crap out of the Cowboys

E A G L E S
Go Eagles GO!!!!!!!

That's an awesome sculpture Loubon!

I'll probably clean house while I'm stuck inside. I have company coming in a couple of weeks and there's no point putting it off until the day before they arrive. I also considered baking some cookies, even though I wanted to wait until next weekend to bake. If the malls open I may head out this afternoon because I know DD will utter the words "I'm bored" if she's not outside playing in the snow.

I have cleared out my livingroom and am going to shampoo the carpet today before I put up the tree tomorrow afternoon. Nothing like a blanket of snow on the ground to put you in the mood for putting the tree up! :D

TC:cool:

My Byers are already out, most of my decorations are up. I guess I'll be going thru my mom's stuff in my basement and try to get some of that organized:( Then, the fun part starts...I get to start getting stuff ready to pack for WDW next Friday:teeth: Maybe a little gift wrapping. Stay warm everyone!!

We went to the local movie store last night and rented 5 movies. Hopefully that will keep us entertained for a while.

Loubon, that is incredible. How long did it take to make that? If that's not involved, could you please post your next one?;)

Well, let's see. They are now predicting 15 -30" of snow here. I went last night and got our tree and put that up last night. I hate buying trees after a snowstorm. They get yucky! LOL
We'll decorate that and put up all the other decorations. I just bought a TON of stuff yesterday (like I needed more). Decorating the house is something I love to do and it gets more intense every year! LOL The boys want to make snowflakes and hang them all over like in the movie ELF. I'll make cocoa and we'll watch movie.
Aa much as I HATE snow, I do love a watching a big storm. It's almost magical. I just wish the snow would go away the next day though! LOL

I am stuck in Indy, waiting to hear from the realtor if the house we REALLY want to rent will allow our two adult kitties. It's going to really stink if he doesn't, we love this house!!!! Our backup is really small and for some reason the doorway are very thin...bugs me. Anyway, I am supposed to fly home sunday evening into providence, don't know if that's gonna work.

I can't wait for it to be a year from now. We will be in Indy and will be decorating our own rented house, hopefully getting ready to move into our own house!!! i can't wait to have a real house to decorate, inside and out. i am sick of apartments!
