What would you pick-PO-R or AKL??

We are currently booked at PO-R for the last 4 nights of our honeymoon. We wanted to stay at WL standard, but as of yet, no rooms for AP Rates. Was wondering now if we should try to stay at AKL standard instead. I have stayed at AKL for 1 night in a pool view and it was ok. Have never stayed at PO-R, so which is better??

We're trying WL next for two reason....

Most of the standard rooms at the WL have a nicer view out the window (more rooms with trees, less with parking lots0.

Much better location for all parks except AK.

The savana view is tempting, but expensive. For standard view the WL seems a better choice to us, both for location and the probable view out the window.

Having stayed at both I would say it depends on how much time you'll be spending at the resort. Personally for my honeymoon I would choose a Sav view but who has that extra money when they just got married,lol !

PO-R is a very pretty resort IMHO it advantage over AKL 1. Better landscaping, 2. Carriage rides, 3 Boat to DTD, 4. Surry Bikes if you have time 5. Marina if you have time.

AKL Sav View. Great to wake up and look out your balcony at the animals (IF you get a good room). 2. The Beds, Queen MUCH better then a double. 3. Mara and othe restaurants are better. 3. Lobby atmosphere, we love it!

You can't loose either way!
