What would you include?

I've read through all the threads I could find on this topic but could still use a definitive answer.

For those of you who make planners or binders to help planning your trip, could anyone tell me what you include page by page?

I have so much information and want to set it out in a easy to handle way but can't for the life of me figure it out.

I don't need a schedule for each park as other than deciding which park to go to when we don't tend to plan before we get there.

So if anyone would be so kind could you list the pages you include?
